Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman was an American female gymnast, and captain of the US women's Olympic gymnastics Team 2012 Fierce Five and in 2016. In 2016, she was part of the Final Five. Aly Raisman took home three gold medals at the 2012 Olympics which took place in London. Additionally, she brought home a bronze on balance beam. In 2012, she became the first American athlete to earn the highest number of medals in the Olympics. At the 2016, Olympics she took home a gold medal for the team event, which earned her as well as teammate Gabby Douglas the credit of been the first Americans to earn back-to-back gold medals for the team. In addition, she was awarded silver medals in the all-around individual event and in the floor workout. Three years had passed between her last appearance in gymnastics competitions. Additionally, she was a member of two gold medal-winning American gymnastics squads. She began learning gymnastics at the age of two and her favourite event is floor exercise. Aly is a member of the Uniting Against Lung Cancer group to honor her late grandma. As for the future, she is planning to create a profession out of fashion. It is also her dream to extend her leotards line as well as her socks. Fierce is a new book she will release later this year.
